Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service small to medium-sized facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and assist with equipment installations while ensuring safety and compliance with codes.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or trade diploma with 1–2 years of related experience, can lift 50 lbs+, and are proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organization and clear communication are essential.
