Qualifications

• Candidates must be a licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
• Extensive experience in facilities management and maintenance required.
• Previous mall or commercial experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operations of the properties.
• Manage maintenance and monitoring of all equipment.
• Assess facilities efficiency and propose mall improvements.
