Building Maintenance (Multiskilled) CONDOMINIUM - QUEZON CITY is seeking an experienced maintenance candidate to perform corrective and reactive repairs, as well as emergency fixes, at a busy condominium location in Quezon City.

With experience in building upkeep, you will handle routine maintenance tasks and urgent repairs. The position is full-time, on-site, six days a week, with a minimum salary indicated as PHP 19,690.4.

Responsibilities

• Corrective / Reactive Maintenance: Repairs done after something breaks (like fixing a leaking pipe, patching a broken window, or repairing electrical wires).
• Emergency Maintenance: Urgent, unplanned fixes for sudden safety risks or major system failures (such as a burst water pipe or a total power outage).
