Job summary

CBRE Building Engineer in Baguio is responsible for monitoring, maintaining and repairing building system operations across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing and safety. This role supports preventive maintenance programs, energy management, and compliance with codes while collaborating with other teams.

A licensed Mechanical Engineer with 2–3 years of Facilities Management experience is required, along with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer with 2–3 years of Facilities Management experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to analyze information and exercise judgment.
• Willingness to adapt and propose new solutions.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Ensure building systems meet applicable standards and codes.
• Maintain an energy management program and optimize system efficiency.
• Assist preventive maintenance and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow safety policies and manage hazardous materials.
• Review building systems to ensure operation aligns with design specifications.
• Share in-depth knowledge and coach others within the team.
• Lead by example and promote CBRE RISE values.
• Collaborate with related teams to deliver services.
• Explain difficult information effectively.
