Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with at least 3 years of experience to manage building operations for commercial properties. The role focuses on HVAC and MEPF systems across multiple locations (Makati, Pasig, QC, Laguna, Baguio).

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and managing complex building services like chillers, boilers, gensets, and electrical/mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Registered/Licensed Mechanical Engineer (RME) or Registered/Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE).
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and management of building facilities and MEPF systems.
• Experience with chillers, HVAC systems, cooling towers, GenSets, boilers, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Exposure to commercial properties such as commercial buildings, offices, malls, hotels and towers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of HVAC and other MEPF systems in commercial properties.
• Lead preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for building facilities.
• Coordinate with Operations Lead within the Commercial Properties Group.
