Job summary

Primary Properties Corporation is seeking a Building Engineer to join our team in Cebu City, Philippines. The successful candidate will oversee and optimise the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our commercial properties to ensure safety, comfort, and reliability.

You will lead daily operations, preventive maintenance, and rapid response to issues, while coordinating with external contractors and adhering to health and safety regulations.

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential problems before they escalate.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and implement effective solutions to minimise downtime and disruption.
• Collaborate with the property management team to optimise building performance and implement energy-saving initiatives.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and building systems performance.
• Comply with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of external contractors and service providers.

About the role

As a Building Engineer at Primary Properties Corporation, you will play a vital role in maintaining and optimising the performance of the company's commercial properties in Cebu City, Cebu. This full-time position will see you managing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure the comfort, safety, and functionality of our properties. You will work closely with our property management team to proactively identify and resolve any issues, while also implementing energy-efficient solutions to drive cost savings.
