Maynilad Water Services, Inc. is seeking a Finance Officer who will assist in monitoring budget performance, conduct SAP postings for CO and FM, and support budget coordination across cost centers to optimize utilization.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, at least three years in budgeting or finance, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly across departments.

Description du poste

The Finance Officer will report directly to the Budget Management Head and will be responsible for the following:

• Assist in monitoring budget performance and applying policies and procedures for effective budget monitoring and control.
• Conduct SAP postings and processing for Controlling (CO) and Funds Management (FM) modules, ensuring accuracy and compliance with budget guidelines.
• Monitor budget versus actual figures, coordinating with cost center budget managers to optimize budget utilization.
• Support monthly and quarterly budget meetings by preparing necessary reports and helping to identify and address budget concerns or discrepancies.
• Assist in maintaining and updating master data for SAP CO and FM modules, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
• Serve as the point of contact for daily SAP-related issues, troubleshooting, and providing solutions in collaboration with the Assistant Finance Manager and Budget Head.
• Help organize and coordinate the development and evaluation of the company's annual budget, supporting the secretariat role during the preparation process.
• Perform regular monitoring of Budget Management transactions, including budget realignments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support the team in achieving business and financial goals.
