Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor workload, processes, equipment, and manpower to meet SQDCL targets.
• Coordinate with clusters and units to schedule repairs, test stands, and personnel requirements.
• Ensure safety standards, housekeeping, and 5S practices in the work area.
• Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Develop team members via coaching, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and continuous improvement initiatives.
