A health services company is seeking a full-time professional in Makati with a four-year college degree, preferably in Marketing. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience dealing with both brokers and clients, demonstrating proficiency in MS Office. Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year college course, preferably Marketing.
• Minimum two-year experience dealing with Brokers and clients.
• Driving skills are an advantage but not a basic qualification.

Responsibilities

• Seek support to Brokers through invites/visitation.
• Assist brokers on negotiation.
• Conduct Broker's Presentation to new brokers and Employee Orientation to the client.
• Monitors Franchise/Proposal requests and reviews the TOR for Marketing's validation.
• Meeting with the broker to discuss the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Monitor IDs and payments; follow-up broker's requirements.
• Monitors commission release to Brokers.
