GAMA Foods Corporation, a leading poultry integrator in the Philippines, is seeking a Breeder Farm Manager in Bukidnon. You will supervise breeder farm operations, ensure flock productivity, animal welfare, biosecurity, and compliance with company standards.

You will manage farm personnel, coordinate daily activities, and implement strategic plans to hit production targets while maintaining high-quality breeder stock. On-site stay is required with meals and accommodation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Poultry Science, Agriculture, or related field.
• Licensed or certified in poultry farm management is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of breeder farm or commercial poultry experience
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Biosecurity knowledge and flock management expertise
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Willingness to stay on-site at the farm

Job Summary

The Breeder Farm Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the breeder farm, ensuring optimal flock productivity, animal welfare, and compliance with biosecurity and company standards. This role includes managing farm personnel, coordinating daily farm activities, and implementing strategic plans to achieve production targets while maintaining high-quality breeder stock.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science, Poultry Science, Agriculture, or related course

• Licensed or certified in poultry farm management is an advantage

• Minimum 2 years of experience in breeder farm or commercial poultry operations

• Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills

• In-depth knowledge of breeder flock management, feed programs, vaccination schedules, and biosecurity

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other farm departments

• Willingness to stay on-site at the farm
