Qualifications

• DVM required for veterinary leadership in farm operations.
• 5–10+ years in broiler breeder operations or equivalent experience.
• Strong skills in breeder flock management, fertility, hatchability optimization, and veterinary health programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a broiler breeder research farm and oversee breeder performance and hatching egg quality.
• Lead farm operations, production performance, and data reporting to drive insight.
• Coordinate feed trials, data collection, and reliability of performance data.
• Provide external technical support and customer engagement for the feed business; mentor staff.

Job Description

This is a hybrid leadership role combining farm operations, veterinary oversight, research execution, and external technical support. The role involves setting up and managing a broiler breeder research farm while ensuring strong breeder performance and high-quality hatching eggs. It also includes leading feed trials and producing reliable performance data, serving as the company’s technical expert in broiler breeder production, and supporting the commercial feed business through field advisory, customer engagement, and veterinary training.

Qualifications

Education:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) – Required

• Experience in technical advisory or field support preferred

License/s:

• PRC License Required
