The role requires 2–5 years in broiler breeder operations, a degree in Agriculture/Animal Science (preferred), and a PRC license (preferred). Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

The Broiler Breeder Farm Supervisor is responsible for the execution, control, and discipline of all day-to-day farm operations, ensuring that production activities are carried out accurately, consistently, and in full compliance with established SOPs and biosecurity standards.
