Job summary

ABSI is seeking a field technician to install and repair Voice and Data services at customer premises across the Philippines. The role also covers installation and troubleshooting of connected devices, and serving as the lead for aerial/outdoor cabling layouts.

You will secure permits for gated premises, follow the established operating standards, and ensure service quality aligns with customer requirements and company standards. Occasional shift, night, or standby work is required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in the same field.
• Possess a driver's license for 4-wheel vehicles.
• Able to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provides install / repair services for Voice and/or Data Service at customer's premise.

• Accountable for securing permits for gated premises.
• Follow procedures in operating and standards manual.

• Manage field resources like tools, vehicle and SLI materials.
• Drive the service vehicle.
• Assist Senior on indoor cabling lay out.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

addition to install and troubleshoot additional connected devices

• Acts as the primary technician for aerial and outdoor cabling lay out
• Accountable in ensuring that a Permit is secured for gated premises
• Follows the procedures as documented in the operating and standards manual
• Ensures the service provided meets with customer’s requirement and/or Company standards
• Answers or refers customer inquiry on general services/products provided by the Company
• Performs shift, mid-night or standby duty as schedule
• Ensures resources in field are managed such as tools, vehicle and SLI materials
• Drives the service vehicle
• Assists the Senior on indoor cabling lay out

Job Qualifications

At least highschool graduate

1-2 years experience in same field

Possess driver's license for 4 wheel vehicles

Can read, write and understand english

• Willing to be deployed or relocated anywhere in the Philippines.
