Fireflies is seeking a hands-on Brand Designer to define and own our visual language across product UI, website, and campaigns. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product design, and engineering to ship pages and assets that feel cohesive and human.

You’ll shape typography, color, spacing, and imagery to make complex AI tools approachable. A strong portfolio with live links is required, and you’ll move quickly on real launch dates.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in brand, web, or visual design.
• A portfolio with live links showing marketing pages or sites you designed.
• Strong typography, layout, color, and composition skills.
• Experience making software look good with product imagery.

Responsibilities

• Evolve visual system and templates for the team to use.
• Design and ship website pages from hero visuals to responsive layouts.
• Create launch campaigns and social assets.
• Design digital ads for Meta, Google, LinkedIn.
• Storyboard visuals for launch videos.
• Design marketing materials like slides, banners, posters.
