The Impact You’ll Make

As our Corporate Media and Content Associate, you are more than a content creator—you are a key contributor to how our brand connects, communicates, and grows with its audience.

• Lead Digital Engagement: Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, to strengthen online presence and audience interaction.
• Create Meaningful Content: Plan, develop, and schedule engaging content aligned with branding, marketing goals, and campaign strategies.
• Drive Creative Campaigns: Develop monthly content calendars and support promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Bring Ideas to Life: Produce visuals, graphics, captions, scripts, and marketing copy that reflect the company’s identity and messaging.
• Deliver High-Quality Media: Shoot, edit, and produce photos and videos for marketing campaigns, events, and corporate initiatives.
• Ensure Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive and professional brand image across all digital and printed materials.
• Track Performance and Growth: Monitor social media analytics and campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement and audience growth.
• Support Marketing Initiatives: Assist in executing product launches, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities across multiple channels.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely and effective content production.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep updated with emerging digital trends, content strategies, and media innovations to continuously improve engagement and creativity.

Who You Are

We are looking for a creative and organized professional who combines strong storytelling skills with a strategic understanding of digital media and branding.

• Educational Background: A graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Relevant Experience: You bring one (1) to three (3) years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Technical Expertise: You are proficient in photo/video editing and design tools such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Creative Portfolio: You have a strong portfolio that showcases your creative projects, digital campaigns, and multimedia work.
• Industry Knowledge: You possess a solid understanding of digital marketing, branding, social media trends, and content strategy.
• Core Strengths: You demonstrate excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills that allow you to manage projects effectively and produce engaging content.
