JOB OVERVIEW
The Creative Associate supports the company’s branding, digital presence, and marketing execution by maintaining social media platforms, conceptualizing content, and preparing marketing collaterals such as sales kits, brochures, and catalogues. The role also assists with reports, lead generation support, and other ad hoc tasks assigned by the immediate head. This position contributes to enhancing brand visibility, audience engagement, and the timely delivery of creative outputs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Social Media Management
- Maintain the company’s social media platforms through regular posting and monitoring.
- Track social media analytics and engagement performance.
- Ensure content is aligned with branding guidelines and campaign objectives.
2. Content Conceptualization
- Develop creative concepts and ideas for social media and promotional campaigns.
- Assist in building content calendars and campaign themes.
- Ensure content is relevant, engaging, and suited to the target audience.
3. Marketing Collateral Development
- Prepare and organize marketing materials such as sales kits, brochures, catalogues, and promotional assets.
- Ensure all materials are visually appealing, accurate, and brand-consistent.
4. Reporting and Administrative Support
- Assist in preparing reports related to social media performance and marketing activities.
- Organize and maintain files, references, and creative assets.
5. Ad Hoc and Lead Generation Support
- Support other tasks assigned by the immediate head, including reports and lead generation.
- Assist with marketing-related coordination and operational support as needed.
6. Corporate Standards & Administration
- Skills Development Accountability: Review personal performance results, identify areas for skill improvement, and take ownership of self-development actions.
- Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct: Maintain full compliance with all corporate ethics and conduct guidelines.
- Quality Management: Follow documented procedures accurately, identify non-conformities, and assist in corrective and preventive actions.
- Safety: Adhere to all safety regulations, participate in training/drills, and promote a culture of safety.
- Data Privacy: Handle sensitive marketing, customer, and personal information securely in compliance with privacy laws.
QUALIFICATIONS
Technical Knowledge
- Knowledge of social media platform management and basic analytics.
- Familiarity with content planning and marketing support processes.
- Basic understanding of branding, design layout, and collateral preparation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms.

Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Communications, Advertising, Fine Arts, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in creative support, social media management, content creation, or marketing communications.
