Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and strong typography, layout, and prepress knowledge are essential for delivering polished designs on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or related field.
• Some relevant years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) with skills in template creation and editing.
• Understanding of prepress and print production processes.
• Advanced knowledge of digital publishing formats (interactive PDFs, e-books, or web graphics).
• Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, and colour theory.

Responsibilities

• Update and realign existing print and digital publications, including brochures, reports, newsletters, posters, and advertisements, to adhere to the new brand guidelines.
• Prepare and finalise files for print and digital distribution
• Maintain and organise digital assets and project files
• Assist with the development and implementation of updated templates for recurring publications eg MS Word, PowerPoint
• Review final layouts for accuracy and quality
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in desktop publishing and graphic design.
