Job summary

QBE GROUP SHARED SERVICES LIMITED - PHILIPPINE BRANCH is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to update and realign print and digital publications, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines and are ready for print and distribution across global briefs.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design with at least five years of professional experience, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and MS Office, plus a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong knowledge of Word and PowerPoint with template creation/editing.
• Understanding of prepress and print production processes.
• Advanced knowledge of digital publishing formats (interactive PDFs, e-books, or web graphics).
• Strong typography, layout and colour theory.

Responsibilities

• Update and realign existing print and digital publications to brand guidelines.
• Ensure all updated materials are consistent with brand guidelines.
• Prepare and finalise files for print and digital distribution
• Maintain and organise digital assets and project files
• Assist with development and implementation of updated templates
• Review final layouts for accuracy and quality
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in desktop publishing and graphic design
