Job summary

QBE Group Shared Services Centre in Cebu City is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to update and realign existing print and digital materials to match the newly refined brand guidelines. You will collaborate with the group and divisional design teams to maintain consistency and high quality across templates and assets.

The role requires a strong eye for detail, 5+ years of experience, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) along with Word/PowerPoint

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) with template creation/editing.
• Understanding of prepress and print production processes.
• Advanced knowledge of digital publishing formats (interactive PDFs, e-books, or web graphics).
• Strong design principles including typography, layout and color theory.

Responsibilities

• Update and realign existing print and digital publications to brand guidelines.
• Prepare and finalise files for print and digital distribution.
• Maintain and organise digital assets and project files.
• Assist with development and implementation of templates for recurring publications.
• Review final layouts for accuracy and quality.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in desktop publishing and graphic design.
