Job summary

HighLevel is seeking a Brand Designer based in Mexico to lead print and editorial design across events, signage and promotional materials. You will ensure brand consistency across print, digital assets and large-format pieces while collaborating with events and marketing teams.

The role requires 1–3 years of design experience, a strong portfolio with print work, and meticulous attention to detail. You will translate brand guidelines into polished physical assets and support faster production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field preferred with strong portfolio.
• 1–3 years of professional design experience including print/editorial work.
• Portfolio must include print and editorial design, large format or event work and digital branding samples.
• Ability to balance speed, creativity, quality and business priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, professional content.
• Based in Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Design large-scale print materials for events, signage and booth design.
• Produce print-ready marketing materials that are on-brand and print-ready.
• Prepare print-ready files with bleed, trim, color mode and vendor specs in InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop.
• Assist layout and design in Figma to keep brand consistency across print and digital.
• Contribute to new brand initiatives from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with events and marketing teams to understand space and install requirements.
• Coordinate with print vendors and review proofs to prevent mistakes.
• Apply HighLevel brand guidelines across all physical and print touchpoints.
• Take feedback and apply it quickly to keep production timelines.
