Job summary

Black & White Engineering is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to deliver compelling visuals across digital and print channels, supporting our brand, content, and marketing activities while collaborating with the global Graphics and Communications team.

You will report to the Senior Graphic Designer in the UK, work on multi-page documents such as bids, reports, and proposals, and ensure brand identity across all outputs using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• At least 3 years of proven graphic design experience.
• Ability to create layouts from creative briefs.
• Experience with multi-page documents like bids and reports.
• Experience preparing artwork for print production.
• Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong brand identity development and enforcement.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Produce graphic designs for digital materials such as bids, reports, brochures, and social media posts.
• Create artwork for print materials including flyers and banners.
• Report to the Senior Graphic Designer based in the UK.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent design across briefs.
• Maintain and enforce brand identity guidelines.
• Communicate briefs and deadlines with stakeholders including Directors.
• Provide support and cover for colleagues as needed.
• Stay updated on new design techniques and tools.
• Contribute new ideas and creative approaches.
