Job summary

Adec-Innovations in Manila, Philippines, seeks a Graphic Artist to create graphics, formatting, and layout for proposals, ensuring visual quality, branding compliance, and adherence to RFP specifications.

You will develop design concepts, execute layouts for reports and presentations, coordinate with writers and editors, and maintain consistency across all deliverables. Qualifications include BFA in Graphic Design and at least one year in publishing or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design or related field.
• English/communications background with strong Word layout.
• At least 1 year publishing/marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops design concepts, technical illustrations, computer artworks, multimedia presentations, and other creative inputs to support the organization's objective and goals.
• Executes the format and layout of all technical proposals, reports, manuals, presentations, and other project/proposal deliverables to ensure all graphics are consistent within the proposals and other technical documents.
• Ensures quality of the deliverables, including but not limited to compliance with requirements in the Request for Proposals (RFP) and branding guidelines.
• Works proactively with Proposal/Technical Writers, Proposals Copy Editors, Proposal Coordinators, and other individuals including marketing, to meet the visual requirements of each proposal and other related documents.

Role/Position Summary:

The Graphic Artist is responsible for the creation of graphics, formatting, layout, and overall visual quality of proposals. This key role is expected to deliver the above while meeting RFP requirements, specifications, and branding guidelines. S/He will also be responsible for the execution of visual artwork, formatting and layout of templates, forms, tables for supporting presentations, documents, reports, and other deliverables.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develops design concepts, technical illustrations, computer artworks, multimedia presentations, and other creative inputs to support the organization's objective and goals.


• Executes the format and layout of all technical proposals, reports, manuals, presentations, and other project/proposal deliverables to ensure all graphics are consistent within the proposals and other technical documents.


• Ensures quality of the deliverables, including but not limited to compliance with requirements in the Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Qualifications (RFQ), or Request for Information (RFI) and branding guidelines.


• Works proactively with Proposal/Technical Writers, Proposals Copy Editors, Proposal Coordinators, and other individual including marketing, to meet the visual requirements of each proposal and other related documents.


• Participates in meetings, daily status, and quality reviews to ensure graphic and layout requirements are considered in the proposals.


• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field


• Bachelor's degree (English, Communications, Journalism, Computer Science/Engineering, or Information Technology) with equivalent experience and/or technical training in graphic design and/or Word layout


• At least 1 year experience in Publishing, Marketing, or related fields is an advantage
