Netziah is seeking a Marketing & Content Specialist in the Philippines to build our brand and grow our audience. This role focuses on editing videos and creating content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

The ideal candidate will have experience with video editing tools and a strong understanding of content trends. You will work closely with the founders on strategy, manage multiple projects, and design content assets.

Responsibilities

• Edit long-form and short-form video content.
• Create YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn clips, and TikTok content.
• Research content trends and growth opportunities.
• Design simple content assets and graphics.
• Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms.
• Support content planning and distribution.
• Help grow our media brand, Closer In Real Life.
• Collaborate directly with the founders on content strategy.

Skills

Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro

Understanding of YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok content

Strong written and verbal English

Content research and trend analysis

Storytelling and audience retention principles

Basic graphic design skills

Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity

Strong organization and project management skills

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
