Brand Marketing Specialist (Onsite)
Job Description:
Brand & Account Management:
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned automotive brand(s), managing the relationship with OEM marketing teams.
- Ensure all dealership marketing activity adheres to manufacturer brand guidelines, style requirements, and co-op advertising rules.
- Coordinate brand-mandated campaigns, product launches, and promotional programs at the local dealership level.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OEM marketing initiatives, toolkits, and upcoming model releases.
- Manage COOP advertising claim submissions and ensure accurate record‑keeping for reimbursement.
Campaign Execution:
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, outdoor, in-dealership channels and other marketing channels that may be suitable and available.
- Brief and manage external suppliers including creative agencies, photographers, media buyers (TV and Radio as examples), and print vendors.
- Ensure campaign assets are delivered on brand, on time, and within budget.
- Coordinate localisation of national OEM campaigns to reflect dealership‑specific offers, stock, and messaging.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional events, model launches, and customer activations.
Digital & Social Media:
- Manage day‑to‑day social media content across Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms for assigned brand(s).
- Create and schedule organic content including model features, offers, testimonials, and dealership news.
- Assist in the management of paid social and search campaigns, monitoring performance and flagging optimisation opportunities.
- Ensure vehicle listings, offers, and landing pages on the dealership website reflect current stock and promotions.
- Monitor online brand sentiment and flag reputation issues to the Senior Marketing Executive and Group Marketing Manager.
Content & Creative:
- Brief the creation of marketing collateral including brochures, EDMs, social graphics, signage, web assets, and digital ads, to name a few.
- Write clear, on‑brand copy for social posts, emails, website pages, and advertising materials.
- Maintain a content calendar for each assigned brand, ensuring consistent and timely communication.
- Coordinate photography and video shoots for new vehicle stock and dealership promotions.
Reporting & Administration:
- Track campaign activity, spend, and results; I compile regular performance summaries for the marketing team.
- Maintain organised records of campaign approvals, assets, invoices, and OEM correspondence.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials for OEM reviews and internal marketing meetings.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends for assigned brand segments and report key findings.
Other:
- Perform other duties and responsibilities may come up in the Event, Sponsorship and Partnership space.
- Create, prepare, and manage events relating to launches, dealership openings, leisure expos, and events relating to Sponsorships and Partnerships.
- Take on various Sponsorships and Partnerships tasks, agreed to see a return on investment, as required by brands or dealerships.
- Perform other admin tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
- 3-5 years' experience in marketing, preferably in automotive, dealership, retail, or consumer marketing.
- Experience managing brand marketing, campaigns, and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong hands‑on experience across digital marketing, social media, content, and campaign execution.
- Experience coordinating creative agencies, suppliers, media partners, photographers, and other external vendors.
- Strong copywriting and content development skills.
- Experience supporting or managing events, sponsorships, partnerships, and customer activations.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities.
- Comfortable working with marketing budgets, invoices, campaign reporting, and performance data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and familiar with digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with OEMs, dealerships, agencies, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Highly Desirable:
- Automotive dealership or OEM marketing experience.
- Experience working with OEM brand guidelines, marketing toolkits, and COOP advertising programs.
- Knowledge of automotive launches, dealership promotions, vehicle marketing, and lead‑generation campaigns.
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, website/CMS platforms, and marketing analytics.
- Experience managing automotive events, launches, expos, sponsorships, or partnerships.
