Overview
A Brand Executive entails development of strategies to achieve brand’s business goals. He leverages brand-building expertise to lead and develop campaigns that win in-market and ensure brand awareness, experience and customer loyalty. Through proper coordination and communication, they effectively strategize product selection, pricing, buying and principal interfacing.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, strategize and overall responsible for the achievement of the brand's business goals. Translates principal's direction to localized vision, mission and objectives for profitable business.
- Monitor resources by analyzing and integrating various financial reports to develop measures that leads to innovation, increase efficiency, and optimal brand profitability.
- Leverage brand-building expertise to lead and develop campaigns that win in-market and ensure brand awareness, experience and customer loyalty.
- Keeps abreast with new brands and trends in the market and observes competitors regularly for pricing and new product lines.
- Scouts market for viable distribution, monitors performance of doors and recommends appropriate actions on doors.
- Creates effective communication strategy and evaluates marketing activities in promoting the brand, product and doors/channels.
- Leads cross-functional teams (Marketing, Ops, Merch) to ensure successful and on-time execution of marketing initiatives.
- Adopts technology to develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns and social media across all channels.
- Coordinates overall strategy and direction to merchandising activities such as product selection, pricing, buying and principal interfacing.
- Reviews product performance and recommends appropriate actions for effective inventory management while ensuring business profitability.
- Coordinates with Importation, Accounting and Finance Departments in facilitating arrival of goods.
- Drives, train and engage concerned parties to achieve business objectives; Evaluates performance and implements discipline when necessary.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year business course.
- At least two (2) years experience in the same capacity, advantage if in retail industry.
- Willing to work full-time on a flexible on-site schedule in Malate, Manila.
