OptiNizers is seeking a proactive Marketing Manager to own both strategy and execution, strengthening our online presence and positioning our brand for global executives seeking remote talent.

You will develop content strategies, plan campaigns across multiple platforms, and collaborate with recruitment, operations, and leadership to attract high-quality clients and candidates while challenging conventional approaches.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing strategy and campaign execution.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and content strategy.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing initiatives.
• Demonstrated creativity and ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience with B2B services, recruitment or talent-focused organizations a plus.
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally while maintaining autonomy.
