The role focuses on growing the portfolio through market-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative products. You will analyze portfolio performance, identify opportunities, establish pricing, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage an innovation pipeline from concept to launch,

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in portfolio/product/marketing or business development.
• Proven ability to manage commercial performance and growth initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and translate insights into strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building with internal and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute portfolio growth strategies.
• Analyze portfolio performance and identify expansion or optimization opportunities.
• Identify market trends and commercial opportunities through market intelligence.
• Build and manage an innovation pipeline from concept through launch.
• Monitor portfolio performance and recommend actions to improve revenue and margin.
• Establish pricing strategies balancing competitiveness and profitability.
• Ensure products are developed and launched per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, distributors, and external partners.
• Oversee innovation pipeline management and prioritize opportunities based on impact.
• Lead projects that enhance customer value and portfolio expansion.
