Job summary

Suyen Corporation is seeking a Brand Associate for E-Commerce to manage foreign fashion brand accounts across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, and TikTok Shop. You will implement marketing initiatives and coordinate with the Merchandise Manager to optimize online performance.

Responsibilities include uploading products, updating prices, running promotions, handling customer service, and serving as the primary liaison among marketplaces, brands, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management or related business course.
• At least 1 year experience in E-Commerce or Retail.
• Proficient with platforms mentioned (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, TikTok Shop) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle product uploads, price updates, promos, and enrollment; propose sales plans for campaigns.
• Manage brand official store matters on e-commerce platforms including customer service.
• Lead point of contact for account management between marketplaces, brands, internal teams and third party providers.
• Forecast, track and report key metrics; identify improvements and gather market information to hit sales goals.

Brand Associate for E-Commerce handles the account management of Foreign Fashion brands such as American Eagle, 8seconds, and MLB. Working alongside the Merchandise Manager and Brand Associates, he/she applies marketing initiatives related to e-commerce and/or digital marketing for the brand.

About the Role

Handle the websites, Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, and/or Tiktok Shop accounts of the assigned foreign fashion brand/s.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the product uploads, implementation of price updates, promo offers and enrollment and proposing sales plans for campaigns.


• Responsible for all brand official store related matters on e-commerce platforms including handling customer service.


• Lead point of contact for all account management matters between marketplaces, brands, internal teams, and third party providers.


• Forecasts, tracks and reports key metrics on various platforms, identifies improvement areas, gathers market information to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management or any related business course.


• At least one (1) year experience in E-Commerce of Retail industries is required.
