Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. (ISO Certified) is seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Strategist (Brand & Digital) to lead planning, coordination and execution of marketing initiatives across digital channels.

You will translate the brand strategy into practical campaigns, support franchise growth, and drive audience engagement across content, social media, email and paid media, collaborating with the Director and Creative Media Specialist.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years in digital marketing, brand or content marketing.
• Experience creating integrated digital campaigns across social, Google, email.
• Strong lead generation, marketing funnels, audience engagement and ROI.
• Experience managing social media and content strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to coordinate with teams.
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools.
• Financial services or franchise marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategy across all marketing activities.
• Plan content strategy for social media, video, email, and website.
• Create digital campaigns to drive awareness, traffic and leads.
• Manage marketing funnels and lead nurturing.
• Collaborate with Director and Creative Media Specialist.
• Support franchisees with local area marketing.
• Monitor performance and report on KPIs.
