Premier Outsource Partners, Inc. is seeking a Graphic Designer & Social Media Content Specialist to produce content and assets for brands across multiple platforms.

You will translate approved messaging into on-brand, print-ready or platform-ready materials and write as well as design. This hands-on role covers social content production, print collateral, document design, email assets, and brand management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic design and content production experience.
• Strong portfolio in graphic design, social content, and multi-page print collateral.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with email templates using Hubspot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
• Experience with short-form video editing and social media production.
• Familiarity with Canva, WordPress, and common collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Produce the social content calendar and plan four weeks ahead for two brands.
• Design posts for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn with consistent branding.
• Adapt assets into platform formats (feed, story, reels).
• Schedule posts and maintain source files for reproducibility.
• Design brochures, flyers, posters, and signage; liaise with printers.
• Create print-ready artwork with proper bleed and color profiles.
• Digitise patient forms for print and fillable use.
• Develop campaign artwork for external advertising.
• Build Word and PowerPoint templates and maintain documents.
• Create email templates and assets for marketing automation and ensure mobile rendering.
• Maintain brand guidelines and a well-organised asset library.
• Review materials for advertising requirements and suggest improvements.
• Work independently from briefs, communicate needs clearly, and own projects.
