Job summary

RecruitGo is seeking a Creative professional to own the brand's visual output across social media and internal documents, bringing a strong eye for design, branding, and copywriting.

You will work remotely from the Philippines, using Canva as the primary tool, manage LinkedIn and Instagram, develop brochures and decks, and ensure brand consistency. A collaborative, responsive teammate who is detail-oriented fits best.

Qualifications

• Canva proficiency required, not just familiarity.
• Presentations with Google Slides or PowerPoint ideal.
• Analytics: comfortable reading and reporting on performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content for LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Manage social channels day-to-day - scheduling, publishing, community engagement.
• Build and execute social media campaigns, including outbound and awareness activity.
• Analyse campaign performance and report on what’s working - reach, engagement, follower growth.
• Proactively suggest content ideas and improvements based on performance data.
