Job summary

Armada Brands in Makati is seeking a Brand Designer to bring our direct-to-consumer brands to life. You will shape logos, typography, color systems, and packaging, while aligning with each brand’s positioning and audience.

You will collaborate on website design, create brand guidelines, and help establish social media look and feel for new brands, working closely with the CEO and creative team in a hybrid 3+2 setup in Makati, with HMO coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related creative field.
• 1–2 years of experience in brand design, identity creation, or multimedia content development (internship or professional).
• Strong portfolio showcasing logos, typography, color systems, and packaging/label design.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and digital-first branding is a plus, including experience setting up and designing Shopify, Lazada, or Shopee storefronts.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and other design tools.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to collaborate on web design projects.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of brand identities—including logos, typography, color palettes, and overall look & feel.
• Create comprehensive brand guidelines that ensure consistency across all touch points.
• Design packaging and product labels that align with each brand’s positioning and appeal to target audiences.
• Collaborate on website design and wireframes with UX/UI best practices in mind.
• Set up initial social media presence for new brands, including look & feel, branded templates, and first-wave content posting to establish tone and consistency.
• Work side by side with the CEO and creatives team from ideation to launch of multiple brands.
