RJTC Group of Companies in Quezon City is seeking a Creative Director to lead our creative team and shape bold branding across multiple brands. You will drive creative strategy, oversee visuals, and ensure outputs align with business goals.

You will manage a team of designers and content creators, collaborate with Marketing, Operations, HR, and other departments, and stay ahead of design trends. A strong portfolio and leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years in creative design, branding, advertising, digital marketing, or multimedia production.
• 2+ years of leadership or managerial experience leading a creative team.
• Strong portfolio in branding, graphic design, photography, videography, and campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and related tools.
• Experience in social media marketing and content strategy preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative strategies to strengthen brand identity and market presence.
• Lead and manage the Creative Team, including Designers, Videographers, Photographers, Content Creators, and Social Media personnel.
• Conceptualize and oversee marketing campaigns, advertising materials, events, and digital content.
• Direct photo and video shoots, multi-media productions, and campaigns.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all creative materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, HR, and other departments to support business objectives.
• Stay updated with design trends and emerging technologies.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and budgets.
