Megaworld Corporation in Taguig is seeking a seasoned Creative Director to lead the creative team and drive the visual direction of advertising and marketing campaigns. This full-time role anchors the brand's identity from the office in Metro Manila, guiding design and content across channels.

You will mentor in-house designers, ensure consistency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, Advertising or related field.
• 8+ years in Creative Director or Senior Art Director roles in advertising or marketing.
• Proven ability to lead creative teams and manage full lifecycle of campaigns.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating vision, design skills and on-brand assets.
• Excellent communication, presentational and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of current design trends, tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creative development and production of all advertising, marketing and brand materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and execute innovative campaigns.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to in-house design and content teams.
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across customer touchpoints.
• Stay updated with industry trends to elevate creative output.
• Partner with external agencies and vendors for best-in-class solutions.
• Present creative concepts and proposals to senior stakeholders.
