This role involves working closely with the Group and Divisional design teams to ensure that all materials, including templates, are consistent with the new brand guidelines and of a high quality. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong graphic design skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.### Key Responsibilities* Update and realign existing print and digital publications, including brochures, reports, newsletters, posters, and advertisements, to adhere to the new brand guidelines. Longer-term the designer will also work on briefs for new assets from around the globe.* Ensure all updated materials are consistent with QBE’s new brand guidelines* Prepare and finalise files for print and digital distribution* Maintain and organise digital assets and project files* Assist with the development and implementation of updated templates for recurring publications eg MS Word, PowerPoint* Review final layouts for accuracy and quality* Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in desktop publishing and graphic design. ### Requirements**1. Education and Experience*** + Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred). + Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design.**2. Technical Skills*** + Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). + Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) with skills in template creation and editing. + Understanding of prepress and print production processes. + Advanced knowledge of digital publishing formats (interactive PDFs, e-books, or web graphics). + Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, and colour theory.**3.
