Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a Branch Supervisor responsible for overseeing overall sales and operations at the assigned Cebu branch.
You will drive motorcycle, parts, and repossessed unit sales through effective sales strategies and customer engagement, while leading a branch team toward continuous business improvement.
The Branch Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the overall sales and operational performance of an assigned branch. This role ensures the achievement of branch sales targets for motorcycles, parts, and repossessed units through effective execution of sales strategies, customer engagement initiatives, and Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities.
Key responsibilities include monitoring branch productivity, managing resources, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, analyzing market opportunities, and leading the branch team in delivering excellent customer service and continuous business improvement.
Implements branch sales strategies and Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities to generate sales leads and achieve assigned branch sales targets.
Achieves branch targets for new motorcycle sales (cash and installment), parts sales, and repossessed units by monitoring sales performance indicators and ensuring effective execution of sales activities.
Coordinates and monitors branch marketing activities, ensuring proper documentation, liquidation, and utilization of allocated marketing resources.
Ensures proper implementation of company promotions, marketing programs, merchandising standards, and branch branding guidelines.
Monitors customer inquiries, leads, and sales conversion activities to maximize sales opportunities and improve customer experience.
Handles and resolves customer concerns related to sales transactions and promotions in coordination with concerned departments.
Conducts regular market monitoring, competitor checking, and price comparison activities to identify opportunities and maintain branch competitiveness.
Ensures compliance with company policies, operational procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements within the branch.
Monitors branch inventory, including motorcycles, parts, and other accountable assets, ensuring proper control and availability.
Leads and motivates branch personnel by providing coaching, guidance, and support to improve productivity and performance.
Conducts regular branch meetings to discuss sales performance, operational concerns, action plans, and improvement initiatives.
Prepares performance evaluations, provides feedback, and recognizes employees based on established KPIs and company standards.
Assists in developing employees and identifying potential successors to support talent development and business continuity.
Performs other tasks and responsibilities assigned by company officials as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or any related field.
At least 2-5 years of experience in sales, branch operations, or customer-facing roles.
Preferably with experience in the automotive, motorcycle, retail, or financial services industry.
Supervisory experience is an advantage.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and manage branch performance.
Knowledge in sales strategies, customer relationship management, and business development.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in implementing marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
