• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and efficient handling of customer documentation
• Supports team performance through coaching, recruitment, and staffing, while maintaining a positive work environment
• Drives operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability, while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

Professional Experience

• At least three (3) years related work experience gained from retail industry
