Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a Service Officer to oversee daily tellering, cashiering, and ATM operations at the Cubao branch in Quezon City. The role ensures prompt, compliant service delivery and adherence to internal controls.

The successful candidate will lead start/end of day activities, supervise cash services and ATM operations, and review branch reports to ensure accuracy and timely dispatch of documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management or relevant course.
• At least 5 years' experience in Branch operations in a commercial or universal bank.
• Willing to be assigned in Cubao, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day activities.
• Supervises the Cash Services and ATM operations of the branch.
• Acts as the chief custodian of the peso cash, foreign currencies, accountable forms and late checks of the branch.
• Responsible for verifying details and issuance of accountable forms are properly accounted.
• Assistant for signature / approval.
• Reviews / prepares, approves and submits branch reports. Ascertains completeness, accuracy and prompt and proper dispatch of documents / reports to concerned units.
• Ensures that discrepancies are reported or resolved on time.
