Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Service Officer to oversee daily branch operations including tellering, cashiering and ATM activities in Quezon City. The role focuses on delivering prompt, compliant service and maintaining internal controls.

The incumbent will supervise cash services, custody of cash and forms, and prepare/submit branch reports to ensure accuracy and timely dispatch to units. Requires at least 5 years in branch operations and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management or relevant course.
• At least 5 years experience in Branch operations in a commercial or universal bank.
• Willing to be assigned in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Starts and ends of day activities.
• Supervises Cash Services and ATM operations of the branch.
• Acts as chief custodian of peso cash, foreign currencies, accountable forms and late checks.
• Verifies details and issuance of accountable forms are properly accounted.
• Assists for signature/approval.
• Reviews and submits branch reports with completeness and accuracy.
• Ensures discrepancies are reported or resolved on time.

Job Summary

The Service Officer will be responsible overseeing the daily operations of tellering, cashiering and ATM operations of the Branch. Ensures prompt and efficient service delivery in compliance with the Banks service standards and internal control.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day activities

• Supervises the Cash Services and ATM operations of the branch

• Acts as the chief custodian of the peso cash, foreign currencies, accountable forms and late checks of the branch

• Responsible for verifying details and issuance of accountable forms are properly accounted

• Assistant for signature / approval

• Reviews / prepares, approves and submits branch reports. Ascertains completeness, accuracy and prompt and proper dispatch of documents / reports to concerned units

• Ensures that discrepancies are reported or resolved on time
