CBS China Bank Savings seeks a Branch Service Head to oversee daily branch operations in Pangasinan, ensuring compliance with bank policies and robust internal controls. The role includes supporting marketing efforts through cross-selling of products and services and supervising staff.

The incumbent will manage cash, deposits, tellering, and clearing functions while driving customer service excellence and operational efficiency at the branch.

Competenze

• Must be a college graduate of any 4 year course, preferably business.
• Experience in branch banking operations is required.
• Knowledge of bank policies and procedures for branch operations is essential.

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure adherence to bank policies and internal controls.
• Assist Branch Head in marketing through cross-selling of bank products and services.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, tellering, and clearing operations.

Branch Service Head oversees the day-to-day operations of the branch. He/She ensures that branch operations adhere to the bank policies and procedures and the internal control is observed at all times. He/She assist the Branch Head in marketing through cross-selling of bank products and services.

As a Branch Service Head, she will be responsible for the following:

• 1. Cash Management Functions
• 2. Deposit Operations Functions
• 3. Internal Control and Compliance Functions
• 4. Marketing Functions
• 5. People Management & Development Functions
• 6. Administrative Functions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a college graduate of any 4 year course, preferably business course
• Must have at least 5 years experience in branch banking operations with exposure on new accounts, tellering and clearing operations.
• With extensive knowledge in bank policies and procedures for branch operations
• Customer service oriented and able to supervise people.
