Job summary

Philippine Business Bank is seeking a Branch Service Assistant to cover in-person branch operations across assigned areas when staff are on leave. You will assist with over-the-counter and backroom transactions, and ensure timely reportorial requirements in a fast-paced banking environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, has less than one year in banking or related fields, and demonstrates a pleasing personality with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any 4 year course.
• Less than 1 year experience in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent is an advantage.
• Must have pleasing personality and above average communication skills.
• Required Skill(s): people oriented, communication skills.

Responsibilities

• The Branch Service Assistant (BSA) takes the place of an on-leave branch staff in the assigned area/home base and other region to provide support in the processing of either over the counter/ backroom branch transactions/ reportorial requirements.
