Security Bank is seeking a Sales Officer to drive business deliverables through tactical rollout of sales strategies and activities. You will address banking requirements of the targeted market segment by matching client needs with our products and services.

The role emphasizes field work, new client acquisition, and robust client management across branches within the Region, with mobility to support branch coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years strong sales experience in any industry.
• Experience doing field work and new client acquisition is preferred.
• Willing to be assigned in any branches within the Region.

About the Role

As aSales Officer,youwill ensure the achievement of business deliverables thru the tactical rolloutof sales strategies and activities. And also, you'll address the bankingrequirements of those in the targeted market segment through the competentmatching of client needs with our innovative products and services.

How you'll contribute

• Maintains aproactive and firm business stance in relation to industry competition,market conditions, and other external factors so threats are addressed andstrengths and opportunities are maximized
• Builds stickierrelationships with existing customers thru regular visits and reviews oftheir financial condition in order to maximize and expand businessprospects
• Establishesstrong synergy with partner units/groups thru active and collaborativeundertaking resulting in successful cross-sells
• Employsaccurate profiling of prospects thru objective assessment of theirfinancial status and capabilities so we may properly address clients’needs and be able to maximize their potential
• Solicits new tobank customers by effectively presenting the bank’s products and servicesas solutions to clients’ needs thereby substantially improving thecustomer base
• Performs otherrelated tasks which may be assigned from time to time.

Whatwe're lookingfor

• At least 5years strong sales experience in any industry. Branch Sales experience ispreferred but not required
• Must have:Experience doing field work, new client acquisition, and client management
• Must be mobileand willing to be assigned in any branches within the Region if needed
• Must beresilient and has a go-getter attitude
