Job summary

Executive Optical, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee branch productivity and day-to-day operations, focusing on boosting sales and profitability while ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires a Bachelor's or Associate degree, 5+ years of store management experience in retail or food, and readiness to start ASAP at Lemery Batangas branches.

You will supervise staff, secure inventories, monitor accuracy, and develop competencies among branch employees.

Job description

Oversees the productivity of the branch and manages its day-to-day operations such as increasing sales and profitability, the efficiency of branch employees, employing excellent customer service, securing branch inventories/stocks, and ensuring its accuracy and developing competencies of branch employees.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any bachelor's degree course & associate degree

• With more than 5 years Store Manager experience in retail or food industry.

• Can start ASAP

• Willing to be assigned in our Lemery Batangas Branches
