Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Sales & Business Development professional to drive revenue through strategic sales initiatives and new client acquisition in Makati.

The role includes supervising branches, managing key accounts, and coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery. The ideal candidate has at least one year of marketing experience, a four-year degree, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of experience in marketing.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Able to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Valid driving license is preferred (motorcycle & car).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Generate new corporate accounts, HMOs, schools, and institutional clients.
• Promote HMICare's services and conduct sales presentations.
• Coordinate client visits and business meetings; prepare proposals and service agreements.
• Supervise sales activities in Makati, Dasmariñas, and EPZA branches; monitor targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers; ensure high client satisfaction.
