Qualifications

5–10 years of solid understanding of financial markets, branch banking operations, and basic accounting.
In-depth knowledge of banking products, product bundling, and digital banking platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Manage and expand a high-value portfolio of Preferred Banking clients.
Provide tailored financial advice and wellness strategies based on client profiles.
Deepen relationships and acquire new-to-bank high-net-worth clients and referrals.
Conduct portfolio reviews, service calls, and face-to-face engagements (in-branch, virtual, or off-site).
Promote digital banking channels and leverage internal systems to spot cross-selling opportunities.
Ensure confidentiality and adhere to risk and control standards.
