• Prepare and process Purchase Orders and other purchasing documents
• Monitor orders and ensure timely delivery of items
• Coordinate with branch operations, warehouse, Finance, and suppliers
• Monitor inventory levels and branch purchasing needs
• Ensure purchased items meet required quantity, quality, and specifications
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
• Negotiate with suppliers regarding pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
