Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of branch banking operations experience.

• Ability to solve problems and adapt to dynamic branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Acts as reliever for BCM, BSO, CA or Teller to ensure prompt, compliant service delivery across branches.
• Performs spot-checks on CIV, ATM-CIV, Teller’s Cash & COCI and forms for lean branches; monitors compliance with internal controls.
• Oversees day-to-day operations to prevent lapses or exceptions across branches.
