Sta. Monica Pawnshop Inc. in the Philippines seeks an Operations Associate to support marketing, appraising, cashiering, and remittance-related transactions including Western Union FLA, ticketing, forex, and payments with Converge and Ecpay.

You will help ensure accurate processing, deliver excellent customer service, and assist with AML/KYC compliance while collaborating with teams for smooth operations. Training will be provided to stay current with company policies and procedures, enabling
