Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or related field.
• Previous work in sales or branch operations is an advantage.
• Good presentation and fieldwork capability.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the EVP and assists in implementing sales-related processes to achieve company objectives.
• Coordinates communications, promos, incentives, inventories, marketing collaterals, and broker commissions.
• Recruits and orients new Broker/Sales Partners on policies and house rules.
• Conducts training and project presentations with brokers; assists in sales and documentation.
• Prepares sales-related reports for management.
• Ensures timely, accurate administrative tasks per company standards.
• Processes monthly sales activity budget requests.
• Monitors broker productivity and compliance of documents.
• Oversees branch operations and personnel.
• Tracks sales conversion from booking to paid-up and submits to Sales Management.
• Coordinates with internal teams on sales-related client issues.
• Fosters professional relationships with colleagues and external parties.
• Participates in development and achievement of company objectives.
