Job summary

You will assist the Branch Head in marketing the bank's products and services, supervise branch personnel, and help achieve financial targets while maintaining security and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the over-all cash and marketing operations of the branch
• Ensures secured and continued availability of ATM operations and assumes accounting responsibility on vouching of transaction
• Ensures adherence to prescribed bank policies and procedures, internal control, external regulatory requirements and compliance to service standards of branch personnel under supervision
• Assists in achieving branch financial targets
• Amenable with movement within the covered area/ cluster
